Scholarship Information

The Foundation Scholarship

The Foundation’s scholarship program provides scholarships to qualified students for between 1 & 4 years to attend a college or university or qualified trade school program. 

​

Awards include a $1,500 per year stipend and also provide reimbursement for other expenses such as books and lab fees based on need.  As needed, the Foundation also provides a computer and printer for each recipient.

Each year of the scholarship will be determined by the successful completion of the previous

year's classes & programs.

Scholarships in certain circumstances may

be extended at the Foundation's discretion.

The Foundation will also provide support & mentoring to help students while they are enrolled in post-secondary ed. & preparing for job

field entry.

ELIGIBILITY

Eligibility

Minimum 2.5 GPA

and graduates from their senior high school class

Satisfactory Attendance

and behavior during senior high school year

Career Goal

and education direction with the ability to articulate those goals.

High Potential

for educational and career success

Recommended

but not required, we urge you to be vaccinated against COVID-19 to protect yourself, friends, and family

SELECTION CRITERIA

In awarding this scholarship, the Foundation will consider the following criteria:

The degree of need described by the applicant

Scholastic achievments

3

Responses to application questions & the short essays

4

Information in the 2 letters of recommendation

The Application Process

The application process consists of a pre-application (found under the APPLY tab) which will be reviewed prior to the final application. If approved, the applicant will receive the final application followed by a scheduled virtual meeting at the applicant's convenience.
